Can I change my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can no longer change it.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you have changed your mind, you can cancel the order before the digital product and/or license has been delivered to you. To do so, submit a cancellation request via our online form, located at this location: https://www.cybertense.com/Support.

What if I am not satisfied?

Are you not satisfied? We would very much like to hear why you are dissatisfied and will take your complaint very seriously. In this case, you can also contact us via our support form, or send an email to: Support@CyberTense.com

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If items have been delivered to you that are defective, we would like to hear about it immediately by email. This will then be resolved immediately. When will I receive my refund? Refund of the placed order in the event of a return will be made within 2 working days. Returns Policy Do you regret your purchase? Or is the product not tailored, not good? No problem, because at CyberTense® service is high on the list! You can return your purchase to us within 14 days if the product and/or product license are not activated. You will then receive your money back. Use the return form in case you want to return products.
